The ten-level framework describes a growing contribution to AntChain: discover, contribute, shape and lead. Each role builds on the one before it.

Your status is calculated from achievement XP. The rate bonus is added when you open a new staking position; existing positions keep the rate set when they were opened. The role names describe community contribution, not administrative account permissions.
